Puppy Training Classes

We recommend that you get your puppy started in puppy training classes as soon as possible! The American Veterinary Society of Animal Behavior states that the primary and most important time for puppy socialization is the first three months of his life. To read their entire article on Puppy Socialization please click here.

How Our Program Works

You’ll begin by enrolling into our monthly auto renew membership program.  Throughout the entirety of your puppy’s education, you can attend unlimited classes based on his age and level.  Enrollment is rolling, so you can begin classes as soon as you are registered.  You will have access to your foundation classes, as well as BlueDog’s rotating extracurricular classes to give your puppy a taste in a variety of different activities while enrolled in our program.  As your puppy grows older, he will continue to progress through our levels to ensure that he’s learning the optimal skills for his age.

Our unique, constructive, and enjoyable curriculum was created by two dog training professionals with a combined 40 years of dog training experience.  We use only the most progressive and effective methods based on positive reinforcement philosophies to ensure that you are teaching your dog in a successful manner that will also enhance your relationship with him.  Our team of instructors are kind and professional, and they excel at teaching fun and educational classes.  And we cultivate an atmosphere that allows our students to be supportive and helpful to one another, creating a relaxing and fulfilling experience for both you and your dog.

Our Puppy School Training Classes

Puppy School focuses on socialization and confidence building with activities designed to give your puppy a positive experience while learning how to navigate their world during this critical age. Additionally, the behaviors and concepts taught in our puppy classes center on teaching you and your puppy tools that will be helpful for life skills both at home and out in the world.

All levels include access to your foundation classes, as well as our rotating “Extracurricular Activities.”  These supplemental classes allow you and your dog the opportunity to take even more classes together while diving deeper into some subjects, trying out sports, learning fun tricks, enjoying seasonal group walks, and more!

Our Current Puppy Class Schedule

Our puppy classes are designed to group your puppy with similarly aged puppies for additional socialization benefits. Typically puppy classes are held on Wednesday evenings, Friday mornings, as well as Saturday and Sunday Morning. These times are subject to change so click the “Calendar” button below to see all the specific trainings sessions and times.
