My experience with both Alex and Kris, with all the walkers who have cared for Mona, in fact, has been terrific. I get thorough feedback, especially in the electronic forms, and I know Mona loves them. I appreciate the high standard BlueDog has for its walkers and feel fortunate that Mona has such caring folks working with her.
Thank you to Blue Dog for matching us with dog trainer Nicole DuFresne who has done a great job helping us with our newest family member, Teddy. We brought a very fearful 10-month-old rescue puppy to Nicole, and she helped us gain an understanding of his fears and the step-by-step strategies to help him work through each. She clearly explained the reasoning behind each strategy, modeled it with Teddy, and guided us through its implementation as well. We are more confident working with him, and he is more confident as a result. Nicole was always patient and compassionate with each of us. We have much more to learn and look forward to working with her again in the future.
